City comes to the Country

Boots entertained the kids by letting them pretend
to be cows that he tried to rope!

Love the look on Ben's face as he runs from Boots!

Boots is such a good uncle!!

This is showing how gentle Bones is - I am trying

to make him "run" and he just won't do it!

Ben the cowboy

Christina and Vaiden - we will have to work

on their cowboy attire for next time!

Not quite sure at first

Tripp taking his only turn, once was enough

for him!

The city boys

Will and AP taking the first turn

The big boys

Tripp loving on Britt

I joke with my best friend, Christina, that her boys are blessed to have me so they won't grow up entirely citified! Today, I took them to the country to ride horses. We loaded up my suburban and headed out before the Tropical storm - the weather was very nice in Acona, cloudy and cool! I was very thankful Justin was there to help with the horses since Pap was in Arkansas! Eleanor also was the photographer for me!! Out of all the kids (my 3 and the Jackson 2), Vaiden (the youngest) had the best time riding the horse. He wasn't sure at first, but by the end he was riding by himself!! Dee Dee cooked us a true country lunch - even homemade ice cream for dessert! To explain how much fun was had: all 5 kids had to have a bath before we could load up and come home!!! We are blessed to have the Jacksons in our life!!

What about your kid's attire? Ben was the only one that looked like a true cowboy! Sorry Marmoo couldn't be there.

Love,
