to be at the hospital around 7am......instead, Marcie's
water broke around 1am so we all rushed up to the
hospital! We sat from 2-7am waiting!!

Today, I became an aunt and my children have a cousin!! Reed Mitchell Rozier was born this morning! He is a big boy.....10lbs.!!  Can't wait to spoil him!

This past Monday, Covenant Preschool had it's annual back-to-school night.  I am on the parent advisory board so this was a big deal around my house- I spent lots of planning for this and could not have done it without my fellow board member, Ashley Maddux!!  The theme this year was Under the Big Top.

I had to cancel Ben's birthday party last week because he was sick.  Thankfully Pump It Up had an open spot for today.  This year I decided to have an all-boy party.....it was WILD!!!! All the boys should sleep soundly tonight!

Today is Rhyne's 34th birthday!  We celebrated at home with take-out Chinese and a wonderful homemade cake from Mrs. Christina! He requested the old-school nintendo controller!

Ben turned five yesterday! We celebrated at home.  Ben was scheduled to have his party the Thursday before his real birthday, but I thought he had the stomach bug - he threw up twice on the way to school!  I had to call all the moms and cancel.  Turned out it wasn't a stomach virus - lingering affects from the salmonella.  All that to say.....we are having the party this coming Thursday!  Happy Birthday, sweet Ben!

We began Ben's birthday week celebrating in the Delta this weekend.  We celebrated Saturday with Grandmother and Pop. Then went to Dee Dee and Pap's Sunday.  At Grandmother's, we added Uncle James and Rhyne to the birthday roll (Uncle James' birthday was at the end of August and Rhyne's is Sept. 10).  At Dee Dee's, the birthday roll included: Rhyne and Ben. September 7 is a popular day for birthdays.....Ben, my Grandmother Braswell, and our little friend, Thomas all share this same birthday!
